FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

When can I enroll in Medicare?

Your Initial Enrollment Period begins 3 months before you turn 65 and ends 3 months after. Missing this window may result in late enrollment penalties on your Part B and Part D premiums.

Is there a cost to work with you?

No. As a licensed Medicare agent, I’m compensated by the insurance carriers — not by you. My goal is to help you find the right plan, not the most expensive one.

Can I change my plan after I enroll?

Yes. During the Annual Enrollment Period (Oct 15 – Dec 7) you can switch Medicare Advantage or Part D plans. Special Enrollment Periods may also apply based on life events.

What’s the difference between Medicare Advantage and Medigap?

Medicare Advantage replaces Original Medicare with a private plan, often at low or $0 premium. Medigap supplements Original Medicare and gives you more flexibility with providers — typically at a higher monthly premium.
